How a Henry Concrete project works from first contact to finished slab
Request and Initial Review
You submit a project request — ideally with photos of the site, the address, and a description of the problem or project goal. Henry Concrete reviews the details and reaches out if more information is needed.
On-Site Scope Conversation
A site visit is needed to scope accurately. Access constraints, existing concrete condition, drainage slope, base condition, and finish requirements are assessed in person.
Written Estimate
You receive a written estimate that covers scope, materials, schedule, and what could change the price if conditions discovered after demo differ from expectations.
Site Preparation
Prep may include demolition and haul-off, sub-base grading or compaction, drainage planning, form setting, and rebar or wire mesh placement.
Pour Day
Concrete is ordered to specification and poured. Finishing — float, broom, stamp, or other surface treatment — happens the same day as the pour.
Cure Time and Access
Foot traffic is typically safe after 24-48 hours. Vehicle access requires 7 days minimum, with full cure strength reached around 28 days.
